The Atmosphere is Delicious

And so is the food.

Zia Pina Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant in the Rocks in Sydney that just captivates me. I try to get there every time I am in Sydney because it really is a treat.

Why???

Well I was born and raised in Brisbane, but somehow, from my very first sitting in this restaurant, it felt familiar.

The food is good, the owners are just so welcoming, and the atmosphere in the place is something you can sit there and take in for hours and hours on end. Each time I have visited (and to date it is a total of 3) I have eaten the Spaghetti Marinara. I don’t often make Spaghetti Marinara at home, so it is something that I really enjoy ordering when I am out.

And while I have to admit that the food critic in me says...well...it isn't the greatest Marinara of all time...and that's true...it's the people and the sounds and the comfort that accompany it that make it truly delicious.

A nice house red, a main serve of marinara (the sizes are generous) and all the time in the world to chill out, enjoy and recharge for the walk back to the hotel...with a stop off at Ariel Bookstore on the way of course!
